Return Instructions
Customers please consider the shipping risks before purchasing. Customers need to bear the risk of accidents at their own risk. Please be aware of all delivery risks (including product delays, damage, loss or accidental theft, etc.). Our store will only arrange returns/refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Food quality problems (damaged, moldy and damp)
2. The product is defective
Non-returnable situation
1. The product has been opened or eaten
2. The goods are soiled, damaged, opened or tainted
3. The product exceeds the 1-day return period
4. The goods have been discarded
5. Improper storage and processing methods

The goods should be inspected immediately after receipt. If there are any problems, the company must be notified via WhatsApp within 1 day for follow-up. Overdue orders will not be accepted. Customers must not throw away food suspected of being spoiled. If it has been discarded, you will lose your appeal rights.
Exchange policy
If the return is accepted, the customer can exchange the product for the same style or another product with a different price, and just make up for the difference.

The company will refund the money in the form of purchase money/PAYME/FPS.
